Technical Requirements:

• PLC Programming - Siemens/ Mitsubishi / Rockwell Siemens s/w - Simatic Manager, TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible, Starter. Rockwell s/w - RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000, Factory Talk View.
• Robot Programming - Fanuc/Kuka/ ABB robot CNC Programming- Siemens / Fanuc

Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a PLC Programmer. You must have worked on sites for the commissioning of projects.
• Hands-on experience in programming, simulation & testing with Siemens 1500 series, and 1200 series PLCs on the TIA portal. / Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Rockwell PLCs, etc., Knowledge of Safety PLC programming (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in the programming of Touch screen HMIs Siemens, Ex-Or, Pro-safe, Beckhoff, SCADA Experience required Wonderware, Wincc, ignition, Ipc, FTV Site Edition and etc
• Must have hands-on experience in n PLC creating and using ladders, function Blocks, STL& SCL programming.
• Hands-on experience working on different communication protocols like Profi-net, Ethernet TCPI/P, SSI, Serial Rs-485, Can open, Ether cat, Modbus, Device net, CC link, etc.
• Must have worked on multi-node RIOs (Remote I/O modules) on Profit-net/ Ether cat or any other Bus. (>100 I/Os)
• Hands-on experience in the Configuration of Scanners, RFID, Cameras, Printer and Third-party Devices.
• Hands-on experience in Servo drive programming: in Positioning close loop speed control using encoders (preferably Siemens, SEW make servo drives).

Designation:  EPLAN Design Engineer

Experience:  2 to 4 Years.

Qualification:  BE Electrical, E&TC or Instrumentation Engineering

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Knowledge of basic Electrical & control Component.
• Must be able to Read Electrical Drawing Properly.
• Hands-on Experience with Eplan, E-CAD, Auto-Cad.

• Auto Connection Numbering. (ferrule numbering)
• DXF/ DWG file Export and Import file in eplan.
• Window Macro and Symbol Macro.
• create Plot frame & form.
• To be Generate All type reports like - Auto Generate Part list Report. Terminal Numbering Report. Device tag Numbering Report. Cable tag Numbering Report.
